Manila Clams Casino – White wine steamed clams, finished with bacon, shallots, lemon, and parsley. Served with grilled bread.
Surf and Turf – Grilled 6 ounce chuck steak and prosciutto wrapped prawns with a tomato Béarnaise sauce. Served with garlicky broccoli, roasted potatoes.
Pan Seared Scallops – Farro, sweet potato, and an endive, grapefruit and fennel salad. Served with a classic Beurre blanc.
Seafood Red Wine Risotto – Prosciutto wrapped prawns, clams, salmon, and crab in a creamy risotto.
Chocolate Mousse Cake with Blood Orange Port Sauce – Layers of chocolate fondant, milk and white chocolate mousse with a citrusy sauce.
